Former Rotary Youth Exchange students sponsored by District 9640 are invited to apply for membership of Southern Star Rotex.

We also welcome former youth exchange students who went abroad from other districts and now reside in District 9640.

Our committee members are generally aged 16-26, however older rebounders are welcome to apply for membership to join us for social activities and to offer assistance, support and counsel as needed.

  • I understand that as a Rotex member I will endeavour to support, encourage, and improve the experience and well-being of fellow Rebounders, Inbounders & Outbounders of RYEP 9640 in order to foster friendships, networks, and continued betterment of ourselves and future Exchangees through attending and participating in period Rotex social catch-up and activities.
